Let's talk about yogurt for a minute. I love yogurt- it has been my "go-to" breakfast for years. I love the taste, the texture and the protein boost in the morning.
I guess that will need to change since I cannot have dairy now. Is there an alternative to yogurt that will give me the same taste, texture and protein?
